FutureBalticBauhaus collaborated with the Mittelstand-Digital Centre Rostock for one of the inputs of the one-week online Climate-Café of the German Mittelstand-Digital Centres.
Together we gave an input on how digitalisation enables the reuse of building components. We covered topics including an overview of circularity in the building sector, areas in which digitalisation enables circularity, like digital marketplaces, and several best practice examples already implementing circular methods.
The impact digital tools and platforms have on the sector are considerable and can mean more efficient processes, transparency as well as collaboration between stakeholders.
