On the 24th of March 2026 FutureBalticBauhaus will be joining the event “Mehrgeschossige Holzbauten als Null-Energie-Häuser…Einfach machen!” in Wismar, Germany. Main topic is the recently built production and research building for company balticFuelCells by the planning office zeroMission. The timber building meets the German Effizienzhaus 40 standard and was constructed as a climate-friendly new building in accordance with KfW and QNG guidelines.
As a closing input FutureBalticBauhaus will be presenting the possibilities of building circular with timber. We will analyse specifically how the building above could have been more circular and demonstrate strategies through best-practice examples.
The goal group of the open, free event are planners, engineers, energy- and environmental consultants and further professionals and decision makers of the building sector and attendance is free.
